To provide a mounting member excellent in workability of mounting on a roof or the like and capable of reducing cost.SOLUTION: A mounting member 10 comprises: a first member 1 having an upper side part 11 and a lower side part 12 and a connecting part 13 connecting the upper side part 11 and the lower side part 12; and a second member 2 having an upper side part 21 and a lower side part 22 and a connecting part 23 connecting the upper side part 21 and the lower side part 22. In a state in which an upper side part 11 of the first member 1 and an upper side part 21 of the second member 2 are vertically overlapped with each other, a lower side part 12 of the first member 1 and a lower side part 22 of the second member 2 face each other and sandwich an object 5 from the side. The upper side part 11 of the first member 1 and the upper side part 21 of the second member 2 have engagement parts 11a, 21a for restricting mutual lateral movement of the first member 1 and the second member 2 by engagement of a recess and a projection in the vertical direction, and a through-hole vertically penetrating the engagement parts 11a, 21a and passing the support member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
