To provide a mounting member excellent in workability of mounting on a roof or the like and capable of reducing cost.SOLUTION: A mounting member 10 includes a first member 1 and a second member 2, and in a state where the upper side part 11 of the first member 1 and the upper side part 21 of the second member 2 are vertically overlapped with each other, the lower side part 12 of the first member 1 and the lower side part 22 of the second member 2 are opposed to each other to hold a holding object 5 from the side. The upper side part 11 of the first member 1 and the upper side part 21 of the second member 2 have engaging parts 11a, 21a for restricting mutual lateral movement of the first member 1 and the second member 2 by engagement of a vertical recess and a vertical projection, and a through-hole that penetrates in the vertical direction at a position separated from the engaging parts 11a, 21a and allows passage of a support member 3 for supporting a support object 4. The engaging part 11a of the first member 1 and the engaging part 21a of the second member 2 are in contact with each other at their inclined surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
