To prevent delays in the construction of rubble mounds and increase in construction costs.SOLUTION: A polluted water diffusion prevention fence that surrounds an opening is hung and attached to a rubble drop pontoon that has the opening for dropping rubble thrown from a marine side to the seabed. A grab bucket throws the loaded rubble into the opening of the rubble drop pontoon from the marine side with a heavy machine, and constructs a rubble mound on the seabed. The heavy machine installed on the grab bucket throws rubble into the opening of the rubble drop pontoon without the grab bucket coming alongside the rubble drop pontoon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】捨石マウンドの構築にかかる工事が遅れたり、工事費用が増大したりする事態になるのを抑制する。【解決手段】海上側から投入された捨石が海底に投下される開口部が設けられた捨石投下台船に、開口部の周囲を囲む汚濁水拡散防止フェンスを吊り下げて取り付けている。ガット船が、積載している捨石を捨石投下台船の開口部に海上側から重機で投入し、海底に捨石マウンドを構築する。ガット船に設けられた重機による、捨石投下台船の開口部への捨石の投入を、ガット船を捨石投下台船に接舷していない状態で行う。【選択図】図６
