To provide an energy-saving calculation input information acquisition device, an energy-saving calculation input information acquisition method, and a computer program for reducing labor of preparing numerical values necessary for determining whether a subject building meets a predetermined standard prescribed for a building.SOLUTION: In an energy-saving calculation system, the energy-saving calculation input information acquisition device includes a control unit 20 having a processor such as a CPU connected by a bus and a memory, and a storage unit for storing energy-saving room application list information in advance. The control unit includes a figure information acquisition unit, an energy-saving calculation input information acquisition unit having an application estimation unit, an interface control unit and an output unit operation control unit, and an energy-saving calculation result acquisition unit. The application estimation unit acquires a room name in an architectural drawing or facility drawing of a room to be estimated based on room information, and determines whether or not an energy-saving room name that satisfies an exact match condition with the acquired room name is in the energy-saving room application list information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
