To form a comfortable cooling/heating space in a large scale facility such as a gymnasium equipped with spectator benches.SOLUTION: A radiation cooling/heating system for cooling/heating a facility comprising an arena Ar surrounded by a wall face W1 with an open ceiling, and tiered spectator benches B disposed on the periphery of the arena and at higher floors than the floor of the arena in a manner of tilting downward in the direction of the arena, is characterized by comprising a first radiation cooling/heating device including a plurality of first heat exchangers 1 disposed along the wall face of the arena in a manner of surrounding the arena, a second radiation cooling/heating device including a plurality of second heat exchangers 2 disposed behind the corresponding uppermost spectator benches, and a plurality of blowers 3 each capable of blowing air toward the corresponding second heat exchanger from behind the corresponding second heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
