To provide a frame structure, a sash unit, and an opening structure, which enables a heat insulation line of a building to be easily formed.SOLUTION: A frame structure according to the present invention is a frame structure enabling a sash frame to be installed on a structure frame of a building. The frame structure comprises a first vertical frame on which the sash frame can be installed, a horizontal frame which is integrated with or installed on the first vertical frame, and a second vertical frame which is integrated with or installed on the horizontal frame.
