STEEL SHEET PILE DOUBLE STRUCTURE IN HARD GROUND AREA AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF STEEL SHEET PILE DOUBLE STRUCTURE
To provide a steel sheet pile double structure that can be constructed quickly, easily and reliably even in a hard ground area and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: The steel sheet pile double structure comprises: a backfilling material 16 filled in excavation grooves provided in hard ground in two parallel rows separated by a predetermined interval; first steel sheet pile wall 14 and second steel sheet pile wall 14 whose tips are positioned on the backfill material 16; a first filling material 20 filled to a predetermined height of the space formed by the first steel sheet pile wall 14 and the second steel sheet pile wall 14; abdominal ridges 22 provided at predetermined parts of the first steel sheet pile wall 14 and the second steel sheet pile wall 14; a tie material 24 that connects the first steel sheet pile wall 14 to the second steel sheet pile wall 14 at a position above the surface of the first filling material 20; and a second filling material 26 filled in the space above the surface of the first filling material 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
