To provide an entry support system, an entry support method, and an entry support program that can facilitate entry of an unregistered person being outside into a closed space such as a vehicle.SOLUTION: The entry support system comprises: a first identification information acquisition unit 13a that acquires first identification information of a first related person who has a first predetermined relationship with a registered user; a first related person authentication unit 15a that determines whether or not a person being outside is the first related person on the basis of the first identification information when the person being outside is recognized by an outside-person recognition unit 14 while a user being inside who is determined to be a registered user by a registered user authentication unit 12, is recognized by an inside-user recognition unit 11; and an entry permission unit 17 that executes an entry permission process for enabling the person being outside to enter a closed space through an entrance when the person being outside is recognized to be the first related person by the first related person authentication unit 15a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
