To provide an entry support system, an entry support method, and an entry support program capable of supporting an outsider to enter a vehicle by preventing an internal user who are in the vehicle from being surprised.SOLUTION: An entry support system includes: an outsider notification unit 16 that issues a predetermined notification with a notification unit 31 used by an internal user when the outsider is recognized by an outsider recognition unit 12 in a state where the internal user is recognized by an internal user recognition unit 11; and an entry permission unit 18 that executes an entry permission process to enable entry into the vehicle when a vehicle entry permission operation is performed on an operation unit 31 used by the internal user after the predetermined notification is issued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
