PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a hard urethane foam injection device that can sufficiently mix and stir two raw material liquids and injects a mixture by an appropriate amount, is easy to operate, and can be readily downsized and light weighted.SOLUTION: A hard urethane foam injection device 1 includes vessels 2 and 3 for separately accommodating a liquid mainly made of polyol that is a raw material and a liquid mainly made of isocyanate, a feeding device 6 for feeding two kinds of liquids separately from the vessels respectively via hoses 4 and 5, and an injection gun 7 to which an end part of the hose is connected. To the injection gun, a channel 13d that converges compressed air to a channel that conveys the liquid mainly made of polyol is disposed, a mixer-incorporated nozzle 14 for mixing the liquid mainly made of polyol converged with the compressed air and the liquid mainly made of isocyanate and discharging the mixture is disposed, and an assistant switch 15 for controlling a feeding device of the two kinds of liquids is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】原料2液を十分に混合し攪拌して適量注入することができるとともに、操作が容易であり、小型化および軽量化が容易な硬質発泡ウレタン注入装置を提案すること。【解決手段】原料であるポリオールを主成分とする液とイソシアネートを主成分とする液とをそれぞれ別々に収容する容器2,3と、前記容器から2種類の液体をそれぞれ別々にホース4,5を介して送り出す送り装置6と、前記ホースの端部が接続された注入ガン7とを有し、前記注入ガンには、ポリオールを主成分とする液を移送する流路に加圧エアーを合流させる流路13dが設けられていると共に、前記加圧エアーと合流されたポリオールを主成分とする液とイソシアネートを主成分とする液とを混合して吐出させるミキサー内蔵型のノズル14が設けられ、且つ、上記2種類の液体の送り装置を制御する手元スィッチ15が設けられている硬質発泡ウレタン注入装置1とした。【選択図】図4
