To provide a road surface cleaning device mounted onto a plow of a humid salt spraying vehicle or an antifreezing agent spray vehicle, capable of efficiently cleaning road trash and the like.SOLUTION: A road surface cleaning device 1 comprises: spray bars 50a, 50b, and 50c each removably attached to a center plow 2, a right plow 3, and a left plow 4; and water supply lines that feed water supply from an outside feed water pump to the spray bars 50a, 50b, and 50c and removably mounted to each plow. Each spray bar includes a water flow pipe 51 and multiple spray nozzles 52 arranged in the water flow pipe 51. The road surface cleaning device 1 also comprises angular adjustment means for adjusting an injection angle of the spray nozzle 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
