To minimize a warp in a wall panel caused by being thinned and prevent shirasu from falling from a tray due to a secular change or the like.SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 comprises a tray 7 having a bottom wall part 13, a lateral wall part 15 erected from a margin of the bottom wall part 13 and forming a recessed part 19 with the bottom wall part 13 and a rib 17 erected at the same side of the lateral wall part 15 from the bottom wall part 13, a wall forming material 9 filled in the recessed part 19 of the tray 7 and a tray installation material 11 provided at the bottom wall part 13 of the tray 7 at the opposite side of the lateral wall part 15 and used to install the tray 7 at a wall 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】薄くしたことで発生する反りの量を極力少なくするとともに、経年変化等によっても、シラスがトレイから脱落することを防止する。【解決手段】底壁部１３と底壁部１３の縁部から起立しており底壁部１３とともに凹部１９を形成している側壁部１５と側壁部１５と同じ側に底壁部１３から起立しているリブ１７とを具備するトレイ７と、トレイ７の凹部１９に充填されている壁形成材９と、側壁部１５とは反対側でトレイ７の底壁部１３に設けられトレイ７を壁５に設置するときに使用されるトレイ設置材１１とを有する壁パネル１である。【選択図】図５
