To provide a wall panel capable of improving the fire resistance of a wooden non-load-bearing wall.SOLUTION: A wall panel for forming a non-load-bearing wall of a building includes a first wood layer containing wood and placed on one side in the thickness direction of the wall panel, a second wood layer containing wood and placed on the other side in the thickness direction of the wall panel, and a non-combustible layer placed between the first wood layer and the second wood layer and formed from a non-combustible material. At least one of the first wood layer and the second wood layer has a flame-retardant portion impregnated at least inside with a flame retardant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
