METHOD OF HEATING/CURING GROUT AND DEVICE OF CURING GROUT
To provide a method of heating/curing grout and a device of curing grout, capable of heating a grout material in a joint part present between precast concrete members from the surface to the inner part thereof.SOLUTION: The method of heating/curing a grout material poured into a joint part 12 formed between precast concrete members 10, comprises steps of covering the joint part 12 with a curing frame 14 prior to pouring a grout material thereinto, feeding heated air between the joint part 12 and the curing frame 14 to heat the inside of the joint part 12 beforehand, poring grout material thereinto, and feeding heated air or hot water between the joint part 12 and the curing frame 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャストコンクリート部材間の目地部の表面から内部までグラウト材を加温することができるグラウト加温養生方法および養生装置を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート部材１０間に形成された目地部１２に注入されるグラウト材を加温して養生する方法であって、グラウト材を注入する前に目地部１２を養生枠１４で覆い、目地部１２と養生枠１４の間に加温空気を送り込んで目地部１２の内部を予め加温した後、グラウト材を注入し、その後、目地部１２と養生枠１４の間に加温空気または温水を送り込むようにする。【選択図】図１
