To provide a fast-curing grout composition and a fast-curing grout which has good flowability as a grout material under a low temperature environment and a high temperature environment, can maintain usable life necessary for workability, and also has excellent fast curability and short-time strength development.SOLUTION: A fast-curing grout composition includes a binder comprising cements, calcium aluminate analogs, and gypsum analogs, at least two kinds of alkali metal carbonates including lithium carbonate and sodium carbonate, and a fine aggregate, wherein an average particle diameter of lithium carbonate is 7-85 μm and an average particle diameter of sodium carbonate is 12-100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
