INJECTION METHOD OF FLASH-SETTING CURING GROUT
To provide an injection method of flash-setting curing grout in which, by using a force-feed device including a delay timer, time adjustment of an A liquid and a B liquid having different discharge speed is performed by proportional injection and both liquids can be merged and injected simultaneously or with the B liquid preceding the other in a double tube tip part.SOLUTION: In an injection method of flash-setting curing grout, a B liquid is mixed with an A liquid with a ratio of 130-200 L with respect to 1 mof the A liquid and gelation time is within 25 seconds, and uniaxial compressive strength after 3 hours is 1.5 N/mmor greater. A force-feed device used for the B liquid has smaller pump discharge capacity of a force-feed pump, a smaller internal diameter of a force-feed hose, and a smaller cross-sectional area of a double tube than used for the A liquid. The flash-setting curing grout is injected after adjusting so that the arrival time of the A liquid and the B liquid at a tip part of the double tube becomes the same, by delaying the actuation start time of the force-feed pump for the A liquid further than the actuation start time of the force-feed pump for the B liquid with a delay timer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
