STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE METHOD AND STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE APPARATUS
To ensure sufficient durability and safety in the execution of work while simplifying the steps of the maintenance work of a steel structure.SOLUTION: A structure maintenance method for maintaining an existing structure includes: a polishing step of using a predetermined polishing method according to the condition of a coating film on a surface of a member included in the structure to polish the member by a polishing device, and using a dust collection part to suck dust formed by the polishing; an adjustment step of adjusting the viscosity of a coating material to a predetermined value so that scattering is prevented, and that a coating film with a predetermined thickness is formed, and storing the coating material in a storage container; and a coating step of supplying the coating material at a first flow rate from the storage container under a first pressure, heating dry air to a predetermined temperature, supplying the dry air at a second flow rate under a second pressure in proportion to the coating material at the first flow rate, and using a spay gun which mixes the coating material and the dry air and sprays mixture gas to a coating range to coat the member having the surface polished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼製構造物の保全作業の工程を簡略化しつつも、十分な耐久性と施工の安全性を確保する。【解決手段】既存の構造物を保全するための構造物保全方法であって、構造物が備える部材の表面の塗膜の状態に応じた所定の研磨方法により部材を研磨装置により研磨すると共に、研磨によって生じた粉塵を集塵部により吸引する研磨工程と、飛散を防止すると共に、所定の厚さの塗膜が形成されるように塗料の粘度を所定値に調整し貯留容器に貯留する調整工程と、貯留容器から第1圧力により塗料を第1流量により供給し、乾燥空気を所定温度に加温すると共に第1流量の塗料に応じて第2圧力により乾燥空気を第2流量により供給し、塗料と乾燥空気とを混合し混合気体を塗装範囲に対して噴霧するスプレーガンにより表面が研磨された部材を塗装する塗装工程と、を備える構造物保全方法である。【選択図】図3
