REPAIR STRUCTURE AND REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING RAILS
To provide a repair structure of existing rails capable of performing construction work swiftly and efficiently within the line closing time at night.SOLUTION: A repair structure 7 of an existing rail 1 in which a running layer 4 is formed on a roadbed concrete 3 laid on the bottom plate includes: multiple bearings 10, 10 ..., which are spaced along the extending direction of the existing rail 1; and a pair of girders 20 spanning over multiple bearings 10, 10 .... The bearing 10 is placed in a space where the existing rail 1 was positioned, and the upper surface of the girder 20 is a traveling surface. The girder 20 includes a girder material 21 spanned over the bearing body 10, and a running plate 22 laid on the girder 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工が早く夜間の線閉時間内での工事を効率的に行うことができる既設軌条の改修構造を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】底板上に敷設された道床コンクリート3の上に走行層4が形成された既設軌条1の改修構造7であって、既設軌条1の延在方向に沿って間隔をあけて複数設けられた支承体10,10・・と、複数の支承体10,10・・に架け渡された桁体20とを備え、支承体10は、既設軌条1が存在していた空間に設けられており、桁体20の上面が走行面となることを特徴とする。桁体20は、支承体10に架け渡される桁材21と、桁材21に敷設される走行板22とを備えている。【選択図】図1
