To provide a fireproof covering member using a material other than rock wool.SOLUTION: A fireproof covering member according to the present invention is a fireproof covering member for structures, and is made of a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric having a hemp fiber, a binder for binding the hemp fiber, and a flame retardant. In particular, the hemp fiber is preferably flax fiber, and the binder is preferably polyolefin. An average fiber length of the flax fiber is preferably 25 mm or more and 50 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ロックウール以外の素材を利用した耐火被覆部材を提供することを解決すべき課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る耐火被覆部材は、構造物の耐火被覆部材であって、麻繊維と前記麻繊維を結着するバインダと難燃剤とを有するシート状の不織布からなる。特に前記麻繊維は亜麻繊維であることが好ましい。そして、前記バインダはポリオレフィンであることが好ましい。前記亜麻繊維の平均繊維長は、２５ｍｍ以上５０ｍｍ以下であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
