RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR FENDER AND FENDER THEREWITH
To provide a rubber composition for fender capable of manufacturing at a lower cost a fender in which a supporting leg part is liable to buckle due to aboardage of a ship and so on, and a fender therewith.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for a fender is obtained by blending 60 pts.mass or smaller of carbon black (A) having a nitrogen absorption specific surface area SA of 70 m2/g or larger and the carbon black (A), and carbon black (B) having a nitrogen absorption specific surface area SA smaller than 70 m2/g are blended at a ratio of 65 to 80 pts.mass in total to a total 100 pts.mass of the rubber. The fender contains at least a supporting leg part made of the rubber composition for fender.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】船舶等の接舷によって支承脚部が座屈変形しやすい防舷材を、よりコスト安価に製造できる防舷材用ゴム組成物と、それを用いた防舷材を提供する。【解決手段】防舷材用ゴム組成物は、ゴムの総量100質量部に対して、窒素吸着比表面積SAが70m2/g以上であるカーボンブラック(A)を60質量部以下、当該カーボンブラック(A)と、窒素吸着比表面積SAが70m2/g未満であるカーボンブラック(B)とを、合計で65~80質量部の割合で配合した。防舷材は、上記防舷材用ゴム組成物からなる支承脚部を少なくとも含む。【選択図】図1
