RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR FENDER AND FENDER USING THEREWITH
To provide a rubber composition for a fender allowing to manufacture the fender with bearing leg parts easy to cause buckling deformation due to aboardage of a vessel at further inexpensive cost, and the fender using therewith.SOLUTION: In a rubber composition for a fender, carbon black is blended which has a blending amount Q [g] of 65-80 g per 100 g of the rubber and satisfies a range of 1,500-5,000 m2 of a total surface area T [m2] expressed by a product of the blending amount Q [g] and a nitrogen adsorbing specific surface area S [m2/g]. The fender includes at least bearing leg parts 4 formed of the rubber composition for the fender.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】船舶等の接舷によって支承脚部が座屈変形しやすい防舷材を、よりコスト安価に製造できる防舷材用ゴム組成物と、それを用いた防舷材を提供する。【解決手段】防舷材用ゴム組成物は、ゴムに、当該ゴム100gあたりの配合量Q[g]が65~80gで、かつ当該配合量Q[g]と、窒素吸着比表面積S[m2/g]との積で表される総表面積T[m2]が1500~5000m2の範囲を満足するカーボンブラックを配合した。防舷材は、上記防舷材用ゴム組成物からなる支承脚部4を少なくとも含む。【選択図】図1
