To provide an air mortar which can be easily prepared at a construction site and can be used for construction in a short time.SOLUTION: A premix material for air mortar comprises the powder mixture consisting of a powder of blast furnace cement, a powder of bentonite clay mineral and a powder of an anionic foaming agent. A method for producing the air mortar comprises a step of mixing the clay mineral in a range of 5 wt.% or more and less than 10 wt.% based on the total amount of the blast furnace cement and the clay mineral to prepare the premix material for the air mortar, a step of filling a bag with the prepared premix material for the air mortar, and a kneading step of taking the premix material for the air mortar out of the bag and kneading the premix material for the air mortar by adding water. In the kneading step, the mixture is prepared to have a flow value of 160-220 mm and a density of 700 kN/m3 or more to 1100 kN/m3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】施工現場で簡単に調整することができ、短時間で施工に供することが可能なエアモルタルを提供する。【解決手段】高炉セメントの粉体、ベントナイト系粘土鉱物の粉体及びアニオン系起泡剤の粉体の混合粉体からなり、前記粘土鉱物が前記高炉セメントと前記粘土鉱物との合計量に対し5重量%以上10重量%未満の範囲で含まれるように混合してエアモルタル用プレミックス材を調整する段階と、調整後のエアモルタル用プレミックス材を袋体内に充填する段階と、前記袋体内から前記エアモルタル用プレミックス材を取り出しエアモルタル用プレミックス材に水を加えて混練する混練段階と、からなり、前記混練段階では、フロー値が160mm~220mm、密度が700kN/m3以上1100kN/m3の範囲の混練物となるように調整する。【選択図】なし
