PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sealability of a joint part of a nozzle structure for molten steel exhaust.SOLUTION: A compound for mortar of 100 mass% containing un-expanded vermiculite of 10 to 20 mass% and frit powder of 1 to 5 mass%, with the balance being other refractory raw material is added with ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion of 22 to 45 mass% in outer percentage and a plasticizer of 1 to 5 mass% in outer percentage so as to be kneaded, the kneaded matter is subjected to press molding, and the molded base is dried at 60 to 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】溶鋼排出用のノズル構造体の目地部のシール性を高める。【解決手段】未膨張のバーミキュライトを10質量%以上20質量%以下,フリット粉を1質量%以上5質量%以下含み,残部がその他耐火原料からなるモルタル用配合物100質量%に,エチレン酢ビ系エマルジョンを外掛けで22質量%以上45質量%以下,可塑剤を外掛けで1質量%以上5質量%以下加えて混練し,当該混練物を加圧成形し成形した素地を60℃以上100℃以下で乾燥する。【選択図】なし
