To provide a contaminant transfer screen device that can be driven with low power, and that is a contaminant transfer screen device for transferring, upward on an upstream side, contaminants contained in liquid and unable to pass through a distance connecting the upstream side and a downstream side and clogging the distance on the upstream side.SOLUTION: A contaminant transfer screen device has a plurality of fixed screen members 611 and a plurality of movable screen members 621 that are each disposed spaced away at a distance W from the fixed screen member 611 between an adjacent one of the fixed screen members 611 and itself, and moves upward so as to transfer contaminants X1 to X3 upward. A weight of all the movable screen members 621 of the contaminant transfer screen device 6 is lighter than the weight of all the fixed screen members 611 of the contaminant transfer screen device 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
