CONTAMINANT TRANSFER SCREEN DEVICE
To provide a contaminant transfer screen device that is devised to reduce a risk of breaking a drive mechanism for driving movable screen members, and that is a contaminant transfer screen device for transferring, upward on an upstream side, contaminants contained in liquid and unable to pass through a distance connecting the upstream side and a downstream side and clogging the distance on the upstream side.SOLUTION: A contaminant transfer screen device has a movable screen member 621 that moves upward when in either one of an advance state where the movable screen member is advanced to be on an upstream side of a pair of fixed screen members 611, 611 and a retreat state where the movable screen member is retreated to be on the downstream side of the pair of fixed screen members, so as to transfer contaminants X1 to X3, and moves downward when in the other state. The movable screen member 621 performs circulation operation so as to stay longer in the retreat state than in the advance state and stay longer in the retreat state than in a parallel state where the movable screen member is aligned with the pair of fixed screen members 611, 611.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】液体の上流側と下流側をつなぐ間隔を通過できずに上流側で該間隔を塞ぐ、液体に含まれていた夾雑物を、該上流側で上方に向けて移送する夾雑物移送スクリーン装置に関し、可動スクリーン部材を駆動する駆動機構が破損する恐れを低減させる工夫がなされた夾雑物移送スクリーン装置を提供する。【解決手段】一対の固定スクリーン部材611,611よりも上流側に進出した進出状態と下流側に後退した後退状態のうちのいずれか一方の状態のときに上方に移動することによって夾雑物X1~X3を上方に移送し他方の状態のときに下方に移動する可動スクリーン部材621を備え、可動スクリーン部材621は、進出状態にある時間よりも後退状態にある時間の方が長くなるように、かつ一対の固定スクリーン部材611,611に揃った並列状態にある時間よりも後退状態にある時間の方が長くなるように循環動作を行う。【選択図】図8
