To provide a wall body structure which enables unevenness adjustment after the wall body structure is mounted on a concrete foundation even when unevenness is formed on the concrete foundation, and is capable of being installed easily without conducting a survey in advance.SOLUTION: A wall body structure 100 according to an embodiment is a wall body structure 100 fixed to a concrete foundation 9, comprising a wall body main part 1 having a main surface along the first plane direction X and a base part 2 bonded to a lower part of the wall body main part 1, the base part 2 comprises a base plate 20, a fastening member 22 for fastening the base plate 20 to the concrete foundation 9, and an adjustment member 3 that penetrates though the base plate 20 and adjusts a projection length from a lower surface 20a of the base plate 20, and the adjustment member 3 is configured such that a lower end part 31 contacts an upper surface of the concrete foundation 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
