METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING WALL BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a wall body in which pre-stress in a circumferential direction can be efficiently introduced, a wall body is rigidly coupled to a bottom plate to be fixed when the wall body is completed, and construction is easy.SOLUTION: A precast form 61 fitted with a perpendicular PC steel material 17a extending from a bottom slab 5, sheath tubes 63a, 64a into which reinforcing bars 19a are inserted, etc., is supported by a hard rubber plate 62 capable of shear-deforming, and concrete 80 is cast onto the precast form 61 to construct a dike 2. When pre-stress is introduced in a circumferential direction of the dike 2, the whole dike moves inward in a radial direction of the dike 2. Then cement mortar 71 is charged between a dike bottom part and the bottom slab 5 below it and so on. After the cement mortar 71 is hardened, the perpendicular PC steel material 17a is tensed to introduce perpendicular pre-stress into the dike 2, and cement milk 73 is charged in the sheath tubes 64a, 64b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】周方向のプレストレスを効率よく導入できるとともに完成時には壁体が底版に剛結合して固定され、かつ施工も容易な壁体の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】底版5から延びる鉛直方向のPC鋼材17aや鉄筋19aを挿通するシース管63a、64a等が取付けられたプレキャスト型枠61を、せん断変形可能な硬質ゴム板62によって支持し、プレキャスト型枠61上にコンクリート80を打設して防液堤2を構築する。防液堤2の周方向にプレストレスを導入すると、防液堤全体が防液堤2の径方向の内側に移動する。その後、防液堤底部とその下方の底版5との間等にモルタル71を充填する。モルタル71の硬化後、鉛直方向のPC鋼材17aを緊張して防液堤2に鉛直方向のプレストレスを導入し、シース管64a、64bの内部にセメントミルク73を充填する。【選択図】図3
