REFRACTORY MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a refractory material which enables anyone to easily produce anywhere, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A refractory material contains organic powder, foaming agent powder and a binder as main components. Preferably, the organic powder is starch, the foaming agent is sodium bicarbonate, the binder is composed of at least one selected from the group consisting of PVA, PVB and bentonite, further preferably, a carbide layer is added to at least one surface of the refractory material. Desirably, the carbide layer is a carbide layer obtained by baking at least one surface of the refractory, or is obtained by adding at least one selected from the group consisting of a carbide layer, a carbon fiber, a polyimide fiber, graphene, an aramid fiber, a PBI fiber, carbon nanotube, an antiseptic agent and an insect repellent. A production method produces a refractory material by kneading the material, and drying the material by drying means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】誰でもどこでもごく簡単に耐火材とその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】有機物粉末と発泡剤粉末とバインダーを主たる構成要素でなることを特徴とする。好ましくは、前記有機物粉末が澱粉で、前記発泡剤が重曹で、前記バインダーがＰＶＡとＰＶＢとベントナイトからなる群の中から選択される少なくとも一でなり、さらに好ましくは、耐火材のその表面の少なくとも一面に炭化物層が加えられてなる。前記炭化物層は前記耐火物の表面の少なくとも一面を焼いて炭化物層でなるか、炭化物層、炭素繊維、ポリイミド繊維、グラフェン、アラミド繊維、PBI繊維、カーボンナノチューブ、防腐剤、防虫剤からなる群の中から選択される少なくとも一を加えてなることが望ましい。また、製造方法は、前記材料を混錬して乾燥手段で乾燥させて製造することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
