To provide a substrate material of an incombustible inner wall material that can meet the requirement of production of multi-product small lot inner wall material, and an inner wall material using the same.SOLUTION: A substrate material 1 of an inner wall material comprises a sealer layer 3 formed with an aqueous sealer for adhering a resin made decorative film onto the surface of a calcium silicate plate 2. The aqueous sealer forming the sealer layer 3 is an aqueous inorganic sealer that has the solid content containing silicate of 100 mass%. And the aqueous sealer is an aqueous acrylic resin coating material that has the solid content containing acrylic resin of 40 to 60 mass%, and silicate of 60 to 40 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多品種小ロットの内壁材の製造という要求に応えることができる、不燃性の内壁材の下地基材及びそれを用いた内壁材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ケイ酸カルシウム板２の表面に、樹脂製化粧フィルムを粘着するための水性シーラーで形成されるシーラー層３を備えている内壁材の下地基材１である。 シーラー層３を形成する水性シーラーは、固形分がケイ酸塩１００質量％の水性無機シーラーである。あるいは、その水性シーラーは、固形分がアクリル樹脂４０～６０質量％、ケイ酸塩６０～４０質量％の水性アクリル樹脂塗料である。【選択図】図１
