A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The present invention relates to a road panel which is fixed to a curb of an existing or new road with a simple method, without changing or replacing a structure of the existing road or damaging to an expensive curb, so that installation work is easily performed at a low price, which can prevent animals or plants living on the bare ground around the road from accessing the road, thereby reducing costs and labors required for cleaning road verges which are messed by stems of weeds, vines, or soils brought into the road, and preventing small animals to be protected from crossing the road and thus being killed. Also, one end of a seed control sheet is configured to be engaged to the road panel, and a side of the road panel facing the road is provided with a reflective portion made of a reflective material, such as fluorescent paint, so that a driver can figure out a boundary of the road and a bent state of the road at night, thereby preventing traffic accident.
본 발명은 도로의 경계석에 차단판을 고정시키는 간단한 방법으로 설치할 수 있으므로 설치에 소요되는 비용이 적을 뿐만 아니라 설치작업이 용이하고, 기존 도로의 구조물을 변경하거나 교체할 필요가 전혀 없어 신설 도로는 물론 기존 도로의 경계석에도 설치가 가능하고, 고가의 도로경계석 손상이 없이 설치가 가능한 것으로서 도로변 노지에 서식하는 동식물이나 토사가 쉽게 도로로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 도로에 유입된 잡초의 줄기나 넝쿨, 토사 등으로 지저분해진 도로 가장자리 주변을 정리하는데 소모되는 비용과 인력을 절감하는 효과가 있고, 보호되어야 할 작은 동물들이 쉽게 도로로 넘어와 생명을 잃는 것을 방지하여 생태계를 보호하는 효과도 있으며, 또한 방초시트 설치시에 방초시트의 일단을 차단판에 결합시켜 설치할 수 있는 기능이 있고, 나아가 차단판의 도로를 향한 면에는 형광도료 등 반사물질로 이루어진 반사부를 형성함으로써 야간에 운행하는 차량 운전자가 도로의 경계 및 도로의 굴곡상태 등을 식별할 수 있어 교통사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 도로변 서식 동식물의 도로진입 방지 차단판에 관한 것이다.
