To provide a multilayered open terrace structure capable of securing roomy and wide space as the open terrace without restriction from a floor area of each floor or a locational condition of a building in shops such as a cafe or a restaurant installed in a multilayer floor building.SOLUTION: An exclusive part 3 from a first floor to a third floor of a building 1 constituting a multilayer floor building is utilized as a shop such as a restaurant or a cafe extending from the first floor to the third floor. Open terraces 11a, 11b, 11c are provided at the side facing streets of each floor. Space of the open terraces which is wide as a whole can be secured by providing the whole or a part of the open terraces 11a, 11b, 11c of each floor inside of a building frame consisting of a column or a beam of the building 1 regardless of locational conditions of the building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多層階建物に設置されるカフェやレストランなどの店舗について、建物の各階の床面積や立地条件による制約を受けずに、オープンテラスとしてのゆったりとした広いスペースを確保することができる複層オープンテラス構造を提供する。【解決手段】多層階建物を構成する建物１の１階から３階の専用部３を利用して、１階から３階にまたがるレストランまたはカフェなどの１つの店舗とする。各階の道路に面した側にオープンテラス１１ａ、１１ｂ、１１ｃを設ける。これら各階のオープンテラス１１ａ、１１ｂ、１１ｃの全部または一部を、建物１の柱や梁などで構成される建物架構の内側に設けることで、建物１の立地条件に関わらず、全体として広いオープンテラスのスペースを確保することができる。【選択図】図１
