SLEEPER CUTTING AND GRIPPING ATTACHMENT AND SLEEPER REMOVAL METHOD
To provide a sleeper cutting and gripping attachment capable of cutting and gripping a wooden sleeper.SOLUTION: An attachment 1 that can be attached and detached from a backhoe arm comprises: a pair of grippers 11, 39 that grip a sleeper M; a side support 36 that supports one side Ms1 of the sleeper M; a cutting blade 12 that cuts the sleeper M supported by the side support 36 in a direction perpendicular to the sleeper M; and a hydraulic cylinder 5 that opens and closes the pair of grippers 11, 39 and rotates the cutting blade 12 around a rotation axis 7 with respect to the side support 36. A cutting edge 13 of the cutting blade 12 includes a cutting recess 16 into which a corner Mc of the sleeper M formed by one other side surface Ms2 of the sleeper M and an upper surface Mu of the sleeper M fitting into the corner Mc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
