To provide a cofferdam structure capable of improving workability, economical efficiency, and safety.SOLUTION: A cofferdam structure comprises: a fixed cofferdam structural body 1 constituted so as to extend from a water bottom Wb to a water surface Ws side; and a detachable cofferdam structural body 2 detachably attached to the fixed cofferdam structural body 1 via an attachment/detachment device 3. The detachable cofferdam structural body 2 includes: a water cut-off wall 20; and a reinforcement portion 21 reinforcing the water cut-off wall 20.
