To provide a sound proof chamber allowing an excellent air-conditioning function to be performed in a simple structure.SOLUTION: A sound proof chamber 11 comprises a housing 12 allowing a user to be accommodated therein. An air conditioner 29 is installed inside the housing 12. An exhaust pipe 35 and an intake pipe 36 extend from a rear surface of the air conditioner 29. An exhaust pipe insertion hole 19 as a through hole and an intake pipe insertion hole 20 as a through hole positioned below the exhaust pipe insertion hole 19 are arranged on the rear surface of the housing 12. The exhaust pipe 35 forms a projected part 35a inserted in the exhaust pipe insertion hole 19, in which its inserted part partially projects to an outer side of the housing by a predetermined length. A cutoff part 35b to widely open an upper part of the exhaust pipe 35 is arranged at the projected part 35a. The intake pipe 36 forms a projected part inserted in the intake pipe insertion hole 20, in which its inserted part partially projects to the outer side of the housing by a predetermined length.
