To provide a sound proof chamber capable of demonstrating an excellent disaster protection function upon emergency while its installation is carried out easily.SOLUTION: A transferable sound proof chamber 11 is installed in a space within a building, wherein fire extinction utilities requiring no electric power source are attached on a ceiling 12b of its housing body 12. The fire extinction utilities is an automatic fire extinction utilities 24 integrally provided with: a heat sensing part sensing heat caused by fire; a fire extinguisher container 25 of which a vertical size is formed smaller than its lateral size when a ceiling height direction is a vertical direction; and a discharge nozzle fixed on a lower end of the fire extinguisher container and capable of discharging the fire extinguisher in the fire extinguisher container to an office space through melting of metal with a low melting temperature used in the heat sensing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
