WELDING/ASSEMBLING BOX-SHAPED CROSS SECTION MEMBER
To provide a welding/assembling box-shaped cross section member which can suppress man-hours necessary for corner welding even if high bearing forces and rigidity are required, and can be manufactured in a short period of time.SOLUTION: In a welding/assembling box-shaped cross section member 1 which is formed by welding a plurality of steel plates in a state that the steel plates are combined so as to exhibit rectangular cross sections, plate thicknesses t1 and yield strength σy1 of first plates 11 which are arranged at a pair of opposing faces, and plate thicknesses t2 and yield strength σy2 of second plates 12 which are arranged at the other pair of opposing faces are set so as to satisfy relationships of t1>t2 and σy1<σy2. Corner welding 13 is applied to a corner part having a rectangular cross section in a form that the first plates and the second plates are sandwiched, and the tensile strength of a corner-welded welding metal is set equal to or higher than the tensile strength of the first steel plates, and equal to or lower than the tensile strength of the second steel plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い耐力および剛性が要求される場合にも、角溶接に要する工数が抑えられ、短期間で製作することが可能な、溶接組立箱形断面部材を提供する。【解決手段】複数の鋼板を、矩形状断面となるように組み合わせた状態で溶接して形成される溶接組立箱形断面部材1において、互いに対向する一対の面に配置される第一の鋼板11の板厚t1および降伏強度σy1、ならびに、互いに対向する他の一対の面に配置される第二の鋼板12の板厚t2および降伏強度σy2が、t1>t2およびσy1<σy2の関係を満たすようにするとともに、矩形状断面の角部において、第一の鋼板が第二の鋼板を挟み込む形式で角溶接13を施し、角溶接の溶接金属の引張強度を、第一の鋼板の引張強度以上、かつ第二の鋼板の引張強度以下とする。【選択図】図1
