To simplify the shape of a shear plate that joins a small beam to a large beam, and to reduce additional bending occurring in the large beam.SOLUTION: Provided is a joint structure including a large beam with H-shaped cross section, and a small beam that extends in a direction that intersects the large beam, and has a web that extends further in the axial direction than the upper and lower flanges at the end in the axial direction, and a shear plate joined to at least the upper flange and web of the large beam and bolted to the web of the small beam within the cross-sectional area of large beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
