METHOD OF REPLACEMENT WITH PRECAST FLOOR SLAB FOR CONCRETE BRIDGE
To provide a method of replacement with a precast floor slab for a concrete bridge that enables a tension resisting material of an existing main girder such as a stirrup to be fixed effectively and the newly installed precast floor slab to be integrated with the existing main girder.SOLUTION: In a replacement method with a precast floor slab for a concrete bridge in which an RC floor slab of the concrete bridge is replaced with the precast floor slab, a top portion of a main girder connected with the RC floor slab of the concrete bridge is chipped off to expose a top portion of a tension resisting material such as a stirrup, and the exposed tension resisting material is cut in a middle and fixed effectively by mechanical fixing means, and then deviation stopping means is connected to the mechanical fixing means, the precast floor slab with a box-out hole is mounted on the main girder to have the deviation stopping means housed in the box-out hole and a filler filled therein and cured, thus integrating the precast floor slab with the main girder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】既存の主桁のスターラップなどの引張抵抗材を有効に定着するとともに、新設のプレキャスト床版と既存の主桁とを一体化することができるコンクリート橋のプレキャスト床版への取替方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート橋のRC床版をプレキャスト床版へ取り替えるコンクリート橋のプレキャスト床版への取替方法において、コンクリート橋のRC床版と接合する主桁の上部を斫り取ってスターラップなどの引張抵抗材の上部を露出させ、露出させた当該引張抵抗材を途中で切断して機械式定着手段で有効に定着した上、前記機械式定着手段にずれ止め手段を接続し、箱抜き孔を有するプレキャスト床版を前記主桁の上に載置して、前記ずれ止め手段を前記箱抜き孔に収容して充填材を充填させて硬化させ、前記プレキャスト床版と前記主桁とを一体化する。【選択図】図12
