To provide an inexpensive aluminum decorative member capable of reducing occurrence of whitening.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 7 in which a transparent adhesive layer 3 and two or more transparent thermoplastic resin layers 6 are laminated one upon another in this order is formed on one surface side of a base layer 1 composed of thermoplastic resin. An aluminum member 8 is molded by applying a bending process by roll forming to a planar aluminum plate 11. An aluminum decorative member 9 is formed by attaching the other surface of the decorative sheet 7 to one surface of the aluminum member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
