ALUMINUM DECORATIVE LAMINATE, ALUMINUM DECORATIVE MEMBER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum decorative sheet enabling inventory load to be suppressed and excellent in weather resistance and flexure whitening resistance.SOLUTION: An aluminum decorative laminate 9 has a decorative sheet 7 in which two or more transparent thermoplastic resin layers 6 are laminated on a one surface of a substrate layer 1 composed of a colored thermoplastic resin and an aluminum sheet 8 is stuck to the other surface of the substrate layer 1 of the decorative sheet 7. The transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 has an outer most layer 5 composed of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin. An inner layer 4 is composed of a mixture of a polymethyl methacrylate resin and a polymethyl methacrylate resin-based rubber, mixture ratio thereof is the polymethyl methacrylate resin of 40 mass% to 70 mass% and the polymethyl methacrylate resin-based rubber of 30 mass% to 60 mass%. A total thickness of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 is 20 μm to 80 μm and thickness of the aluminum sheet 8 is 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm. And the aluminum decorative laminate has incombustibility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】在庫負担を抑えることが可能で、耐候性と耐曲げ白化性に優れたアルミ化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】アルミ化粧板9は、着色熱可塑性樹脂からなる基材層1の一方の面に2層以上の透明熱可塑性樹脂層6が積層した化粧シート7を有し、その化粧シート7の基材層1の他方の面がアルミ板8に貼り合わされる。透明熱可塑性樹脂層6は、最外層5がポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂からなる。内側層4は、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂とポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂系ゴムの混合物からなり、その混合比率はポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂が40質量%以上70質量%以下で、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂系ゴムが30質量%以上60質量%以下である。透明熱可塑性樹脂層6の総厚みが20μm以上80μm以下で、アルミ板8の厚みが0.5mm以上0.8mm以下である。そして、不燃性を有する。【選択図】 図1
