To provide a dimming member capable of suppressing unevenness due to an in-plane temperature difference.SOLUTION: A dimming member 20 includes: a dimmer films 6 formed by placing a dimmer layer 3 between a pair of transparent conductive base materials 10, each of which has a transparent base material 1 having a transparent electrode 2 formed on at least one side thereof, so as to face the transparent electrodes inward; and a feeding electrode 4-1 provided on ends of both transparent electrodes facing each other. The dimming member is characterized in that a metal thin film 9 containing any one or any two or more selected from silver, copper and zinc is formed on the outer surface of either of the transparent substrates of the dimming film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
