When a mobile communication terminal 70 is automatically connected to the push button switch 18 or the remote control operation switch 19, control signals related to the operation of a shutter 12 based on the operation state of the push button switch 18 or the remote control operation switch 19 are transmitted to the open-close body control device 17 and the operation of the shutter 12 is controlled.
