CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOOTING BEAM
To achieve quick execution of site construction of a footing beam and foundation slab concrete, and improvement of construction accuracy of a beam.SOLUTION: Parts of lower end main reinforcements 13 and lower stirrups 14 of a footing beam 10 are arranged in a cross section, and a lower block 11 made of precast concrete as a part of the cross section of the footing beam 10 is mounted at a construction position of the footing beam 10. Subsequently, upper end main reinforcements 23 and upper stirrups 24 of the footing beam 10 are held on a reinforcement trestle 15 erected on the lower block 11. Furthermore, mold frame panels 30 with reinforcement lattices are assembled as a side face form of the footing beam 10 with the lower block 11 used as a guide. Foundation slab concrete 12 is placed in a space partitioned by the lower block 11 and the mold frame panels 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 基礎梁および基礎スラブコンクリートの現場施工の迅速化、梁の構築精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】 基礎梁10の下端主筋13と下部あばら筋14の一部とが断面内に配筋され、基礎梁10の断面の一部となるプレキャストコンクリート製の下部ブロック11を基礎梁10の構築位置に載置する。次いで下部ブロック11上に立設された鉄筋架台15上に基礎梁10の上端主筋23と上部あばら筋24とを保持させる。さらに鉄筋ラチス付き型枠パネル30を、下部ブロック11をガイドに基礎梁10の側面型枠として組み付ける。下部ブロック11と型枠パネル30とで区画された空間内に基礎梁コンクリート12を打設する。【選択図】 図1
