VIBRATION PREVENTION BOLT MOUNTING BRACKET FOR HANGING BOLT
To provide a vibration prevention bolt mounting bracket for a hanging bolt which enables a pair of vibration prevention bolts to be easily attached to a hanging bolt for hanging an equipment instrument and can inhibit vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration prevention bolt mounting bracket for a hanging bolt includes: a fixing member 10 having a contact surface 11 which is disposed at a rear side of a hanging bolt A and contacts with the hanging bolt, and two fixing surfaces extending from both ends of the contact surface in directions orthogonal to each other; two sandwiching plates 30 facing the fixing surfaces and having adjacent surfaces 32 at the front side of the hanging bolt; two connection members 40 each of which sandwiches the vibration prevention bolt with the sandwiching plate; and two bolt shafts 20 each of which is tightened by a fixing nut 21 to attach the sandwiching plate and the connection member to the fixing surface. The two sandwiching plates are disposed in a manner that the adjacent surfaces may be located adjacent to each other and may swing relative to an axial direction of the hanging bolt to close a housing space C, which is formed by the two adjacent surfaces and the contact surface to house the hanging bolt, in a state that the adjacent surfaces are located adjacent to each other by swinging, and open the housing space to receive the hanging bolt in a state that the adjacent surfaces are separated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設備機器を懸垂する吊りボルトに一対の振止めボルトを容易に取付けでき、振動を抑制できる吊りボルト用振止めボルト取付け金具を提供する。【解決手段】吊りボルトＡの後方に配置され、吊りボルトに当接する当接面１１と、当接面の両端から互いに直交する方向の２つの固定面を有する固定部材１０と、固定面に対向し、吊りボルトの前方の隣接面３２を有する２つの挟持板３０と、挟持板との間に振止めボルトを挟み込む２つの連結部材４０と、固定ナット２１の締め付けにより、固定面へ挟持板および該連結部材を取り付ける２本のボルト軸２０を備え、２つの挟持板は、隣接面が隣接可能に配置され、それぞれ吊りボルトの軸方向に対して揺動可能であり、揺動により、隣接面を隣接させた状態では、２つの隣接面と当接面とが吊りボルトを収容する収容空間Ｃが閉塞され、隣接面を互いに離間させた状態では、吊りボルトを受け入れ可能に収容空間が開放される。【選択図】図１
