VIBRATION SUPPRESSION BODY OF HANGING BOLT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict vibration of a hanging bolt, prevent deformation or damage of the hanging bolt and at the same time restrict oscillation of a hanging structure.SOLUTION: This invention has a constitution that is fixed to a hanging bolt 3 from a ceiling body 2 and fixed for hanging a hanging structure so as to reduce vibration load acted on the hanging bolt 3 and restrict vibration, a vibration restricting body 1 forms a conical shape having a resilient plate-like material wound around it, a top point portion of this conical shape is positioned low and at the same time this top point portion is formed with a through-pass hole 11 through which the hanging bolt 3 is inserted and passed under a close-contacted state. Further, a conical-shaped expanded end part 12 is fixed under an inserted state in the hanging bolt 3 while being abutted against the lower surface of the ceiling body. When vibration energy is inputted against the hanging bolt 3, a resiliency of a slant portion of the conical shape realizes a biasing force in a direction opposite to a vibrating direction of the inputted vibration energy so as to restrict or diminish the vibration energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吊りボルトの振動を抑制して該吊りボルトの変形や破損を防止すると共に吊り構造物の揺れを抑制する。【解決手段】吊り構造物を吊下げるために天井躯体2から吊下固定される吊りボルト3に取り付けて、吊りボルト3に作用する振動負荷を低減させて振動を抑制する構成において、振動抑制体1が、弾性を有する板状材を巻き回した円錐形状を成し、この円錐形状の頂点部分を下方に位置させると共に、この頂点部分に吊りボルト3が密接状態で挿通する透孔11が設けられ、更に円錐形状の拡開端部12が天井躯体の下面に当接した状態で吊りボルト3に挿通状態で取り付けられる構成であり、吊りボルト3に対して振動エネルギーが入力された際に、円錐形状の斜面部分の弾性が入力された振動エネルギーの振動方向と逆方向に付勢力を発揮して振動エネルギーを抑制乃至は消滅させる構成である。【選択図】図1
