VIBRATION PREVENTION BOLT MOUNTING BRACKET FOR HANGING BOLT
To provide a vibration prevention bolt mounting bracket for a hanging bolt which enables a pair of vibration prevention bolts to be temporarily fastened to a hanging bolt for hanging an equipment instrument to achieve good workability of attachment.SOLUTION: A vibration prevention bolt mounting bracket for a hanging bolt includes: a fixing member 10 having a contact surface 11 which is disposed at a rear side of a hanging bolt A and contacts with the hanging bolt A along an axial direction of the hanging bolt A, and two fixing surfaces extending from both ends of the contact surface in directions orthogonal to each other; sandwiching plates 30 facing the fixing member; two connection members 40 each having an engagement part which sandwiches the vibration prevention bolt with the sandwiching plate; and two bolt shafts 20 each of which penetrates through the fixing surface, the sandwiching plate, and the connection member and is tightened by a fixing nut provided at an end part to attach the sandwiching plate and the connection member to the fixing surface; and two coil spring materials into each of which the bolt shaft is inserted between the sandwiching plate and the connection member and each of which biases the sandwiching plate in a direction such that the sandwiching plate presses the hanging bolt. Each coil spring material contacts with an outer periphery of the vibration prevention bolt to press the vibration prevention bolt toward the engagement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設備機器を懸垂する吊りボルトに一対の振止めボルトを仮止めができることで取付けの作業性の良い吊りボルト用振止めボルト取付け金具を提供する。【解決手段】吊りボルトＡの後方に配置され、吊りボルトの軸方向に沿って当接する当接面１１と、当接面の両端から互いに直交する方向へ延びる２つの固定面と、を有する固定部材１０と、固定部材に対向する挟持板３０と、挟持板との間に振止めボルトを挟み込む係止部を有する２つの連結部材４０と、固定面、挟持板および連結部材を貫通し、端部に備えた固定ナットの締め付けにより、固定面へ挟持板および連結部材を取り付ける２本のボルト軸２０と、ボルト軸の挟持板と連結部材との間に外挿して、挟持板が吊りボルトを押圧する方向へ付勢する２つのコイルバネ材と、を備え、コイルバネ材は、振止めボルトの外周に当接し、振止めボルトを係止部へ向かって押圧する。【選択図】図１
