To provide an upper base isolation foundation structure which is made of precast concrete.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an upper base isolation foundation structure includes: arranging a bag-like nut whose upper part is attached with an anchoring plate according to arrangement of a through hole in a bottom plate, in a form where the inside form in a state of floating from the bottom plate inside a side plate erected from the bottom plate is provided in the outside form including the bottom plate and the side plate; arranging a base reinforcement inside the outside form; placing concrete to a height reaching a lower end of the inside form, inside the outside form; placing concrete between the outside form and the inside form; and thereby forming a flat plate part at which the upper part of the bag-like nut is exposed and a rising part surrounding the flat plate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャストコンクリートで作製された免震上部基礎構造を提供することを目的の一つとする。【解決手段】貫通孔が形成された底板と、底板に対して直立する側板とを含む外側型枠に、側板の内側に底板から浮いた状態で内側型枠が設けられた型枠に、底板の貫通孔の配置に合わせて、上部に定着板が付された袋状ナットを配置し、外側型枠の内側に、ベース筋を配筋し、外側型枠の内側に、内側型枠の下端に達する高さにコンクリートを打設し、及び外側型枠と内側型枠との間にコンクリートを打設することで、袋状ナットの上部が露出する平板部と、平板部を囲む立ち上がり部と、を形成すること、を含む。【選択図】図１
