To provide a foundation structure allowing easy level adjustment with saved work, and a manufacturing method of the foundation structure.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 1 comprises multiple flat plate materials 2 having a bottom face located on a ground 100 side and an upper face 20 located on a precast structure 110 side and arranged with spaces from each other, a guide material 3 bridged between the two adjacent flat plate materials out of the multiple flat plate materials and having an upper end extended in the horizontal direction, a level adjusting part 4 attached to the flat plate material and adjusting the space between the upper face of the flat plate material and the upper end of the guide material, and a filler 5 filled between the ground and the upper end of the guide material and solidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
