To provide a water-level abnormality detection program and a water-level abnormality detection device, that can easily detect abnormalities in a water level.SOLUTION: A water-level abnormality detection program PRG causes a computer to execute processing for detecting that there is an abnormality in a water level of an object area. The water-level abnormality detection program PRG causes the computer to function as: an image acquisition section that acquires a plurality of captured images in which the object area is captured; a segmentation execution section that identifies a water region in which water is displayed by executing segmentation processing on each of the plurality of captured images; a detection site setting section that sets a specific site in each of the plurality of captured images as a detection site; and an abnormality detection section that detects the existence of the abnormality in the water level of the object area when a positional relation between the water region and the detection site satisfies a preset detection condition in any of the plurality of captured images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
