To provide an elevating parking device that can reduce dimension from an elevating chain wheel to a mounting surface of a lower pallet and increase height of vehicles that can be placed on the lower pallet.SOLUTION: An elevating parking device has lifting arms 50 on the front and rear sides of the underside of each lower pallet 10. A pair of balance chain wheels 42 are provided on both sides of each lifting arm 50. An elevating chain wheel 35 is provided on one side of each lifting arm 50. The elevating chain wheel 35 is placed on the outside of one balance chain wheel 42La. An elevating chain wheel top edge 35LU of the elevating chain wheel 35 is lower than a balance chain wheel top edge 42LaU of the one balance chain wheel 42La.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
